Reiki 1 course
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a powerful Japanse healing art. In the Reiki course you learn how to channel universal life energy by means of laying on of hands. In the course you learn the basic Reiki hand positions with which you activate the self-healing qualities of your body and bring overall balance. You learn about the mental/emotional anatomy of the body, so you can connect your physical ailments with your life story. You’ll get to know yourself on an energetic level, so you can feel what you need, and you do not need to lose energy in big groups of people, with your family, or at work. At the end of the course you have learned several ways to not take over ailments of others while giving a Reiki treatment, or in any other situation, but how to release these.
What can you expect to learn?
The results of a Reiki course is different for every individual. Reiki works at all levels: the physical, mental, emotional en spiritual body. During the course, and after (as long as you continue to treat yourself with reiki), you’ll create the space and awareness to take exactly those steps that are needed in your process. The result can be physical, for example that an ailment is suddenly gone, or drastically lessened. But it can also be more mental: leaving the course with an important insight, making you understand better what is playing our in your life. Regardless of whether the effect of the course is more physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, Reiki gives you the tools to stay with your own process and take the steps towards healing.
